Physical Training (P.T.)
Physical Training (P.T.) is one of the most important parts of unit training. It is essential for cadets to get ready for boot camp and advanced training, as well as a focal point of drills.  The following plans have been developed to enable PT coordinators to achieve a productive and rewarding P.T. program.

NSCTNG020 FORM
NHQ form, used to document cadet's progress in meeting the President's Challenge (for qualification to Fitness Ribbon). Also used to certify completion of the P.T. test for Recruit Training.
