COMPASS is the National Training Portal for the U. S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC).  It is a project of the NSCC's Internet Development Group, the organization responsible for the NSCC's national internet presence.

This site was designed out of a need to re-organize the current NSCC training documents, and also to add new features to encourage the NSCC community to learn about the Navy, and the Naval Sea Cadet Corps. We hope you find this site to be a valuable resource in helping you plan for your training.
